Welcome to my Pretty Flowers micro zine.

I put this zine together during the Presidential campaign of 2015. I needed a way to combat the negativity I encountered on social media and in real life. I was looking through all of my photos and realized just how many flower photos I had.

So I created the Pretty Flowers album on Facebook, encouraged my friends to contribute, and then I shared the album. To date there are over 25 contributors and over 600 photographs.

These are photos I’ve shot over the years that I felt compelled to share. Since there are more, I’ll be releasing the 2nd pretty flower micro zine soon, so stay tuned.
