Long before we met, both of us held the dream of living on the road — buying an RV and traveling from place to place.  Now, whenever we’re on a road trip, we look at the RVs we pass on the highway or see parked at rest areas and truck stops.  We make note of where there are interesting looking RV parks and all the RV dealers along the regular routes we drive.

On our recent trip to Costa Mesa & LA, we decided to take video of RVs as we passed them.  So, whoever was in the passenger seat picked up the camera or their phone and shot a snippet. When we returned home, Johnna edited them into one little compilation video.  We’re not sure if it’s the time of year or the specific highway we drove, but we didn’t see all that many RVs going towards CA. We saw lots more heading east, but didn’t try to record those.  Coming back to Phoenix, there weren’t many RVs on either side.  Maybe we’ll figure out RV migration patterns once we’re full-timers ourselves.

For now, take a look at some of the random RVs we managed to capture — and subscribe to our YouTube channel to be notified when we upload videos from our recent trip to Kansas.
